Per Högselius

Holds a Ph.D. in innovation studies from Lund University. Currently a researcher at the Department of History of Science and Technology at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. His research focuses on the politics, culture, and economics of science and technology in an East-West perspective. Current points of emphasis include the historical roots of Russian oil and gas exports and the globalization of the nuclear fuel cycle.
