Péter Balogh & Vassilis Petsinis

Péter Balogh is a PhD canditate in human geography, Stockholm University, and connected to CBEES, Södertörn University. His research areas are:  Borders, Political geography, Identities, Nationalism, Geopolitics, Central & Eastern Europe.

Dr Vassilis Petsinis holds a Ph.D. in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Birmingham. He has been a Regional Fellow at New Europe College Bucharest (2005-2006). At the moment he is a Visiting Researcher at the Herder Institute (Marburg, Germany). His main areas of specialization are European Politics and Ethnopolitics with a regional focus on Central and Southeast Europe. He is also coducting research in Central and Eastern European Studies, connected to the Centre for Languages and Literature, Lund University.
