Baltic Sea & Eastern Europe

Baltic Worlds seeks to disseminate knowledge about the research being conducted on and in the Baltic Sea region and Eastern Europe. Focus is both on the countries around the Baltic Sea and on the post-communist countries in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe.

Here we list all countries, in or close to our focus area, that we have published at least one article about. Please press the country name to read the articles.

Note: The area studied is a geographical area, but the articles may take up other more abstract topics concerning the whole region or part of the region, in present or past time. Therefore other tags may be useful (you find them in the left column) as “Soviet”, “Yugoslavia”, “Baltic States”, “DDR”, “Scandinavia” and so forth. Other useful tags may be “communism”,   “the fall of the wall”, “1989” or “democracy” or “revolution”.
